ASL 101 - American Sign Language I Fulfills a course requirement in the Modern Language Core Concentration Prerequisite Note: Not open to those proficient in ASL The first of a two-course sequence in American Sign Language. This course introduces students to the basic skills in production and comprehension of American Sign Language. Includes finger spelling and numbers. Develops conversational ability, culturally appropriate behaviors and exposes students to ASL grammar.
