ENGR 210 - Engineering Statics Prerequisites: MATH 207 or MATH 213 and PHYS 109 or PHYS 201 This is a sophomore-level course in which we study static equilibrium of forces acting on particles and rigid bodies in two and three dimensions. To do this, we use vector algebra, free-body diagrams, and centroids. The theory is applied to simple structures.
