Prerequisites:None This course specifically focuses on the rights, ethics, and policy in accordance with both US and International law in terms of the practice of digital forensics. Discussion include areas of law which may specifically apply to forensic professionals (e.g. 4th Amendment), ethics, and other areas which typically emerge having an impact on a digital case.
