Prerequisites:Permission of instructor Delivery: Residential practicum Today’s construction executive must understand the business of the construction enterprise. Working in a case study format, students will explore the various elements of the construction business to include: strategic planning, work acquisition, project control, financial management, and human relations. Course is offered in a practicum format.
