Prerequisites:NATSC 204 or consent of instructor Fulfills a course requirement in the Biology and Marine Biology Core Concentration Fulfills a Marine Biology elective in the Applied category Introduces the basic principles of aquaculture. Surveys the variety of aquatic plant and animal culture technologies currently in play throughout the world. Provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to address and solve common problems encountered in aquatic farming.
