SHS 457 - Seminar in Case Management

Prerequisites: None
Adhering to requirements for certification for Certified Case Managers (CCM), focuses on the role of case managers in assessment, planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation. Particular emphasis is placed on benefit systems, cost benefit analysis, legal and ethical issues pertaining to confidentiality, and legislation which impacts case management approaches.
