SHS 250 - Introduction to Epidemiology

Prerequisites: None
Designed to familiarize students with the basic principles of epidemiology, enables critical reading of the medical literature and understanding of the epidemiologic terminology therein. Various contemporary health care issues are examined, including pharmaco-epidemiology, chronic disease epidemiology and social epidemiology.
