Prerequisites:MGMT 200 The purpose of this course is to provide an in-depth study of what it means to work in a diverse organization. Diversity is now understood to encompass more than gender, racial and ethnic differences. Students will be exposed to perspectives of diversity in the contexts of history and sociology, The course will examine diversity at three levels: individual, group identity, and organization.
