Prerequisites:Junior Standing Study of the history and development of the law, including court structure and procedure. Emphasis on the study of contract law, including the basic elements of a valid contract, rights of third parties, and remedies for breach. Analysis of the role of formal and informal “agreements” in everyday life with a special emphasis on contracts in the business setting.
