Prerequisites:None This course covers negotiation as a process. Students will learn the structure and processes of negotiation at both the interpersonal and organizational levels. Knowledge and skills in negotiating is essential to leaders working with and through other people to accomplish objectives. Negotiation is an important part of the normal “give and take” of any business, government, or nonprofit organization, including negotiating salaries, arranging contracts with vendors, or allocating recourses to a project.
