Prerequisites:None Acquaints the student with hazardous materials technology regulations and safe chemical handling techniques. Students will study the environmental and occupational health effects and hazards associated with exposure to industrial chemicals, contaminants, and medical waste. Helps the student to develop a formal safety program for hazardous materials.
