PPSS 220 - Criminal Procedure for Public Safety

This course will provide students with an understanding of constitutional procedure related to criminal investigations and prosecutions. The focus of the course will be on the relevant case law and procedures related to searches and seizures, interrogations, confessions, eye-witness identifications, and the judicial process.
