TLM 357 - Occupational Safety and Health Regulatory Issues
Prerequisites:None Students will develop an awareness of the historical events in occupational safety and health that led to the current regulatory process. They will identify health and safety concerns in previous jobs and present a proposal to correct the situation(s). The proposal will identify the hazard, methods to measure and contain the risk or hazard, and discuss cost of implementing the proposal and the cost of injury and illness to workers.
