Prerequisites:POLSC 110 or consent of instructor Analyzes the development, structure, and function of the United Nations in order to prepare students for participation in the annual National Model UN Conferences at various locations. Students conduct research and prepare position papers on the foreign policy of the nation being represented by Roger Williams University in that year’s conference, and on issues currently being addressed in the various committees and specialized agencies of the United Nations. Strongly recommended for all students participating in the Model UN Conference; open to other students who have completed POLSC 110 or have the consent of the instructor.
