ARCH 326 - History of Modern Arch II:20th Century Prerequisites: AAH 121 and AAH 122 Examines modernism starting in the early 20th century and concluding with critical evaluation of the recent past. It familiarizes the student with the rich heritage of modern
architecture and focuses on the design philosophies and principles of predominant architects. In this course, the manifestation of modernism and its transformation is
investigated through an intensive survey which in turn will assist and improve the student’s own design efforts.
