CNST 461 - Residential Construction

Prerequisites: CNST 200 + Lab or CNST 201 + Lab or ARCH 231 and senior standing
Delivery: Lecture
Discussion of design, materials, means, and methods unique to construction of residential structures. Net-zero energy homes and affordable housing will also be discussed as well as codes and regulatory requirements specific to residential construction.
