EDU 330 - Foundations of Equity and Diversity


Prerequisites: EDU 200  and EDU 202

This course introduces students to foundational issues in equity and diversity work in educational spaces. Topics include racial and ethnic diversity, linguistic and cultural diversity, religious diversity, social class diversity, and gender diversity as well as discussion of such issues as racism, sexism, ageism, able-ism, and other expressions of bias. 3 units.
