MGMT 499 - Strategic Management

Prerequisites: Senior Standing. All Business Core courses completed: BUSN.100; CIS.105; ECON.111; ECON.112; MGMT.200; MRKT.200; ACCTG.201; ACCTG.202; FNCE.301; MGMT 330; BUSN.305.
Strategic Management is the capstone, integrative course for graduating business students. This course describes and analyzes strategic management processes, including the micro- and macro-environments, strategic decision-making, implementation, and performance evaluation components. Global challenges and their impact on a variety of organizations are explored.
