The Public Health Core Concentration provides students with an opportunity to explore the interdisciplinary field of Public Health. The five course series includes 1) a foundation of knowledge in Biology and Population Health, 2) an overview of the structure and practice of Public Health, the major content domains of the field, and the contexts of the Public Health approach to prevention and health promotion, and 3) the opportunity to delve deeper into the domains of Public Health through elective courses in Epidemiology, Global Health, Health Policy and Applied Fieldwork.

Students Pursuing Public Health Minor
Students pursuing the Public Health Minor should choose PH 350 Applied Practicum as one of the advance PH courses. |
