FS 460 - Food Studies Internship - Food Culture Prerequisites: Junior or senior standing or permission, FS 100, and a 2.33 GPA Requirement Fulfillment: Minor Delivery: Practicum Grants academic credit to students who work on a part-time basis in selected positions, usually without financial remuneration. Students select from a variety of positions offered at local, regional or national organizations with a focus on food-related activities. For-profit, not-for-profit, non-governmental organizations and government agencies with an emphasis on aspects of Food Politics, Policies, and Cultures may be selected for this experience.
