CNST 204 - Applied Statics for Construction

Prerequisites: MATH 207 or MATH 213 and PHYS 109 or PHYS 201
Requirement Fulfillment: Major
Delivery: Lecture
Fundamentals of statics, including the resolution and composition
of forces and the equilibrium of force systems. Analysis of forces
acting on structures and machines, centroids, moments of inertia,
and trusses. Vector methods are used. Minimum Passing Grade: C-
