CJS 510 - Constitutional Issues in Criminal Law

Prerequisites: None
This course focuses on the rights of suspects in criminal procedures. A detailed analysis of individual rights under the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution is developed.
