CNST 450 - Construction Planning and Scheduling

Prerequisites: CNST 260 or ARCH 484 
Delivery: Lecture
Various network methods of project scheduling including AOA, AON Pert, bar-charting, line-of-balance, and VPM techniques. Microcomputers used for scheduling, resource allocation, and time/ cost analysis.
