ARCH 101 - Foundations of Architecture Prerequisites: None A classroom-based introduction to the nature of the architectural endeavor, and the means used to make architecture. Lectures and explorations of issues of public and private space, architectural composition, and the multiple responsibilities architects face in society in relation to a diversity of users and clients, the site, and the public realm will form the basis for classroom discussion, and written and graphic assignments.
