ANSOC 310 - Applied Anthropology Prerequisites: ANSOC 100 Requirement Fulfillment: Fulfills a course requirement in the Anthropology + Sociology Core Concentration This course focuses on the advocacy and intervention components of anthropology. Students will enhance their assessment skills through an in-depth analysis of problems and solutions for particular cultures. Readings will address issues such as identifying local needs, promoting culturally appropriate responses to change, and protecting the rights of marginalized people.
