PLS 436 - Construction Law

Prerequisites: None
An introduction to the legal system and the maxims of law as applicable to the management and contractual delivery of a construction project. Topics covered include bidding, delays and acceleration, differing site conditions, contract interpretation, termination of contract, liability and remedies, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
