PLS 236 - Medical and Legal Malpractice

Prerequisites: None
Study of the substantive laws with respect to medical and legal malpractice; the legal basis for same; current trends; insurance coverage; practice and procedure forms; and methods of developing and successfully litigating a medical malpractice case.
