HONR 375 - Independent Community Engagement Project Prerequisites: HONR 100 and HONR 103
may be used in fulfillment of the Honors CE requirement Students develop and execute an independent community engagement project. With the guidance of a faculty mentor, students develop a syllabus for extending their learning through a combination of didactics and fieldwork experiences. Students reflect on their learning and experiences to explore the social, cultural,
and political forces that structure community issues and our response to them. Students disseminate the results of the community engagement experience to the broader Honors community.
