HP 525 - Preservation Economics Prerequisites: None The course examines the major issues in financing activities within the historic preservation field. The financial physics of preserving and rehabilitating historic buildings (using incentive programs) are explored through research, applied project work and site visits. The methods and sources of funding for preservation agencies (both governmental and non-profit) are learned through budget analysis and seminars with agency leaders and fund-raising professionals.
