FS 480 - Food Studies Capstone Delivery: Practicum This course serves as one of two possible capstone experiences for the Food Studies Minor, the other being an internship. Students will work closely with a faculty mentor to complete a food-related research, community engagement, or campus improvement project. The project should be significant enough to lead to a presentation at a student research conference or publication in a student research journal.
