BST 220 - MEP Systems in Buildings

Prerequisites: BST 210
Requirement Fulfillment: This is a required course for the BST A.S. degree
Delivery: Lecture
A basic study of the primary mechanical and electrical systems used in buildings. Basic design principles for selecting and sizing various systems are covered throughout the course. Mechanical topics include plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, water supply, fire protection, and sanitary sewer systems. Electrical topics include basic principles of electricity, lighting, and residential/commercial applications
