OPM 230 - Project Closeout

Prerequisites: OPM 100  
Requirement Fulfillment: This course is required for the OPM A.S. degree
Delivery: Lecture
Students will be exposed to all aspects of closing out a construction project and will create a project closeout plan in coordination with the Owner, design team, contractors, suppliers, and municipal requirements
