OPM 220 - Project Budget & Controls

Prerequisites: OPM 100  
Requirement Fulfillment: This coure is required for the OPM A.S. degree
Delivery: Lecture
Introduction to the role the OPM plays in managing the project budget to include the implementation of various control measures that help guide the financial progress of a project. Students will also be exposed to change management and how it may affect the financial goals of the project.
