Requirement Fulfillment: N/A Delivery: Lecture This course explores the multiple challenges affecting the capacity to feed and nourish a growing global population and diverse perspectives and debates on formulating and implementing policy solutions to address these challenges and foster sustainable agrifood systems. Possible topics include hunger, malnutrition, and famine; climate change and agriculture; and globalization and food cultures.
