ENGR 403 - Engineering Hydrology Prerequisites: ENGR 305 or permission of instructor Requirement Fulfillment: Major Delivery: Lecture This course considers the hydrologic cycle and discusses how the physical processes that govern the transport of water within the cycle are quantified by measurements and mathematical approximations. The course will discuss processes including precipitation, evaporation, infiltration, stormwater runoff, streamflow, and groundwater flow. This course will also introduce the computational fundamentals of hydrologic analyses and basic elements of design hydrology for stormwater management.
