Prerequisites:POLSC 110 and POLSC 120 or permission of instructor This course will examine the impact of political and technological change on economic development within national borders, and on the interaction between demography, geography and conflict as they shape economic development. Emphasis will be on East/South/ Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the Mediterranean.
